1 CREDIT = 1 STANDARD TREATMENT

One credit can be used for one eligible standard treatment, such as:

- Hair Play

- Selected waxing services

Your treatment choices can change from month to month — you are not locked into one service. 30-Minute Treatment Standard: All individual treatment credits apply to 30-minute service windows.

COMBINATION TREATMENTS

Want to combine treatments during the same appointment?

You can.

A combination or extended treatment uses 2 credits, depending on the services selected.

For example:

Laser Lipo + Cavitation

= 2 credits

RF Skin Tightening + Cavitation

= 2 credits

Laser Lipo + RF Skin Tightening

= 2 credits

This allows you to create a more customized treatment experience while keeping your membership simple and flexible.

Credits renew monthly based on your membership level.

Unused credits do not automatically accumulate indefinitely.

Any rollover policy will be outlined in your membership agreement.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Combination treatments require additional credits based on the services and appointment time selected.

Membership pricing and perks are exclusive to active members.

3-MONTH MINIMUM COMMITMENT

All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.

Your membership will continue month-to-month after the initial 3 months unless cancelled according to the cancellation policy.

Membership payments are charged monthly.

CREDIT ROLLOVER

Unused credits may roll over for one additional month while your membership remains active.

Credits cannot accumulate indefinitely.

Any unused credits expire when your membership ends.

BOOKING YOUR MEMBERSHIP TREATMENTS

Membership appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Your membership does not guarantee a specific appointment time.

Please book your appointments early to secure your preferred day and time.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Our standard cancellation policy applies to all membership appointments.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the applicable cancellation fee and/or loss of the scheduled membership credit.

No-shows may result in the applicable no-show and product fees, as outlined in the Sculpt & Glow booking policy.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Membership payments are due monthly and must remain current.

If a payment is declined or overdue, membership benefits and future bookings may be paused until the account is brought current.

CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

After completing the initial 3-month commitment, memberships may be cancelled with the required notice outlined in your membership agreement.

Membership cancellations do not result in refunds for previously charged monthly payments.
