Booking & Studio Policies

At Sculpt & Glow Body Boutique Ltd., we offer a private, personalized body sculpting experience in a calm, home-based luxury setting. To ensure the best experience for every client, please review our booking and studio policies before scheduling your appointment. 

Studio HoursSculpt & Glow operates strictly by appointment only to ensure each client receives dedicated, uninterrupted care.

Hours of CommunicationWe are available to answer questions, discuss treatments, and manage bookings between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Please Note: If you reach out to us outside of these hours, your message is incredibly important to us! All early morning or evening texts, emails, and phone calls will be returned either the same day or the very next business morning.

Please ensure you select the correct service and allow adequate time for your treatment. If you’re unsure which service is best for you, we recommend booking a consultation.
Last-minute appointments may be accommodated via text message if we have availability

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 2 times without penalty. Additional appointment changes will require a rescheduling fee  of $25.00 to secure future bookings

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee, which is now being strictly enforced.
No-show appointments may result in a fee and may require prepayment for future bookings

Payment Plans: All payment plans now require a signed payment agreement contract before treatments begin.

Packages can be transferred to another person at your discretion.
Packages expire after 30 days of no use from the last appointment or purchase.
Promotional offers, sales, and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
Expiry dates apply to all packages and promotions.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, depending on availability. The full service fee may still apply.

Sculpt & Glow is a private, home-based studio; only the client receiving treatment is permitted unless pre-approved.
Children and additional guests are not permitted.

For the health and safety of our clients and practitioners:
If you are experiencing cold, flu, symptoms, including but not limited to:
Fever or chills
Cough, sore throat, congestion
Body aches or fatigue
Nausea or active infection
Please do not attend your appointment.
Body sculpting treatments stimulate the lymphatic and immune systems, and receiving treatment while ill may:
Prolong recovery
Increase discomfort
Reduce treatment effectiveness

We understand the menstrual cycle is natural and different for every body. However, certain body sculpting treatments may be less comfortable or less effective during this time.
Body sculpting treatments can be performed during your menstrual cycle, but:
Increased sensitivity, bloating, water retention, and cramping are common
Results may appear temporarily reduced
Lymphatic drainage may feel more intense
Please Note:
If your menstrual cycle has just started, or you are experiencing:
Heavy flow
Severe cramping
Extreme bloating or discomfort
We strongly recommend rescheduling your appointment for optimal comfort and results.
If you choose to proceed with treatment during your cycle, you acknowledge:
Temporary discomfort or reduced results

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, or pregnancy prior to treatment.
Sculpt & Glow Body Boutique Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or modify services if a treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
